Bottom Drawer is looking for an experienced merchandiser to generate sales by assisting with point- of-purchase and shelf management. You will receive the correct product at the correct time, place, quantity, and price. You will be planning and creating merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations and the company's goals, analysing sales data to forecast product demand and plan product ranges/stock, increase customer interest and sales by properly displaying products, monitoring stock movement, and considering markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clearance sales. We would like a candidate with proven experience in a sales or merchandising role, who also has good verbal and written communication skills. You will also need to stay up to date in new merchandising trends to help the business stay ahead in the highly competitive market we operate in. The role is full-time, and you will work 37.5 hours weekly and earn a salary of 38,700.00.
